On October 16, 2024, 25 Carpentry NC II scholars from the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP), under the expert guidance of Arnel D. Ingosan, celebrated their closing program at the Municipal Hall of Itogon, Benguet. These scholars successfully completed their training and received their NC II certificates, along with their allowances.
Itogon Municipal Mayor Bernard S. Waclin and CTEC Coordinator Sharon W. Baroa were present to congratulate the graduates, acknowledging the significant impact of their acquired skills in their community.
The event also emphasized the strong partnership between the Provincial Training Center (PTC) Benguet and the Municipality of Itogon.
Furthermore, PTC Benguet Center Administrator Ferdinand B. Montaรฑez and TESDS II Krisyl R. Quiriones commended the scholars for their outstanding craftsmanship, noting the impressive quality of their projects.
