TESDA-Abra Acting Provincial Director Belmar G. Angoling paid a courtesy visit to Divine Word College of Bangued President Rev. Fr. Edgar Calunod, SVD. TESDA’s programs, including program registration and assessment, were discussed.

Additionally, APD Angoling paid a visit to Mr. Rufino Cabato, the Provincial Director of DICT-Abra, and talked about probable collaborations in the future to offer more skills training on cybersecurity and digital literacy, with a focus on Barangay and SK Officials as well as their appointees.

Finally, APD Angoling coordinated with DTI-Abra OIC Marvin T. Arcangel on the implementation of TESDA sa Barangay, which involves offering skill training such as ube processing, chilli garlic oil processing, loom weaving and bamboo craft to the different barangays of Abra.
