Last February 27, 2025, the Local Government Unit of Kapangan (LGU Kapangan) officially launched this year’s Grand March Festival with a vibrant Civic Parade. The parade concluded at the Kapangan Municipal Gym and was a spectacular display of unity, pride, and community spirit. It brought together a diverse group of participants, including provincial and municipal officials, barangay leaders, municipal and national employees, and various organizations.

The Civic Parade served as a dynamic symbol of unity within the town, bringing together not just government officials but also local organizations, employees, and community groups. The event was more than just a parade—it marked the beginning of the much-anticipated Kapangan Grand March Festival, an annual celebration that celebrates the richness of the community and the spirit of togetherness.

One of the key groups that participated in the parade was a delegation from the Provincial Training Center Benguet (PTC Benguet). They took part in the celebration as part of the vibrant community procession. Their involvement highlighted the importance of public service and active participation in community events.

As the festival continues, the spirit of togetherness and celebration will undoubtedly bring the community even closer. The Civic Parade, with the involvement of PTC Benguet and other organizations, set a positive tone for the rest of the festivities and reminded everyone of the power of unity in celebrating local culture and community bonds.
