On February 20, 2025, TESDA Benguet participated in the Department of Labor and Employment-Cordillera Administrative Region (DOLE CAR)โs Child Labor Information Drive and Service Caravan at the covered court of Barangay Lualhati, Baguio City.

The event aimed to raise awareness about child labor and foster support from various stakeholders for the prevention of child exploitation. It featured the signing of Information and Service Caravan on Child Labor Prevention and Elimination, where school supplies were awarded under the Project Angel Tree, and livelihood assistance was provided to deserving beneficiaries.
Acting Provincial Director of TESDA Benguet, Arlene L. Cadalig, along with representatives from other government line agencies, participated in the signing of the Pledge of Commitment to support the Philippine Program Against Child Labor and the relevant provisions of the International Labour Organization (ILO) Convention No. 190.

Graduates of Blue Phenix, along with their trainer, Martin Allidem, demonstrated their skills by offering Hilot, Manicure and Pedicure services to attendees, showcasing the impact of TESDA’s training programs. In recognition of their skills and service, the graduates were awarded with toolkits from DOLE CAR to support their livelihood endeavors.
