The Technical Education and Skills Development AuthorityโCordillera Administrative Region (TESDA-CAR) reaffirmed its continuing partnership with the Provincial Local Government Unit (PLGU) of Benguet during a courtesy visit held on October 13, 2025, at the Provincial Capitol in Poblacion, La Trinidad, Benguet.
Regional Director Balmyrson M. Valdez and Acting Regional Director Glenn N. Murphy, together with TESDA-Benguet Acting Provincial Director Arlene L. Cadalig, met with Governor Melchor D. Diclas to discuss the ongoing collaboration in promoting and supporting Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs in the province. The meeting also served as an opportunity to inform the Governor about the change in TESDA-CAR leadership and to express continued commitment to enhancing workforce development initiatives in Benguet.
Also present were Scout-Official-for-a-Day for TESDA Benguet Jaren B. Marayag, TESDA-CAR Administrative Officer V Lielani Soriano, Benguet Technical School Administrator Frezilla Simeon, and CTEC-Benguet & PESO Benguet Head Julie Tabcao.
