As Baguio marked its 116th Charter Day, TESDA CAR joined the cityโs vibrant celebration through the Charter Day Job Fair themed “Diverse Roots, Shared Dreams” held on September 27, 2025, at the Baguio Convention Center and Cultural Center. The event brought together government agencies, private enterprises, and job seekers in a dynamic exchange of opportunities, reflecting the cityโs enduring spirit of unity and progress.






Representing TESDA Regional Director Balmyrson Valdez, APD Arlene Cadalig of TESDA Benguet delivered a message of support that underscored the agencyโs commitment to cultivating a workforce defined by excellence, integrity, and dedicationโvalues deeply rooted in the Cordilleran identity. โTESDA will continue to work hand-in-hand with partner agencies and enterprises to empower our people through skills and values that uplift communities,โ she affirmed.
Also present was Melita Pinic, Campus Administrator of TESDA-CSITE Main Campus, representing the institute as a key training arm in promoting skills development opportunities.
The presence of TESDA in the event highlighted the agencyโs readiness to equip individuals with practical competencies that meet evolving industry demands, bridging aspirations with accessible, quality education and training.
