On August 8, 2025, TESDA-CAR Regional Director Balmyrson M. Valdez and TESDA Benguet Acting Provincial Director Arlene L. Cadalig paid a courtesy call to Congressman Mauricio G. Domogan at his office in Baguio City Hall.

RD Valdez outlined TESDAโs major initiatives, including the Area-Based Demand Driven skills training, Enterprise-Based Education and Training (EBET), various scholarship grants, and assessment programs aimed at enhancing the competencies of senior high school students and teachers. The conversation also explored avenues to expand skills development programs for Baguio residents and to foster stronger collaboration in support of the cityโs growth and progress, particularly in its commitment to frontline quality tech-voc education in the north.
Cong. Domogan expressed his full support for TESDAโs initiatives and shared his willingness to collaborate in order to continuously advance the TVET landscape in Baguio.

Together, TESDA and the Office of Congressman Domogan aim to open more doors for skills training, employment, and community development initiatives.
