Bauko, Mountain Province — TESDA-Mountain Province, led by Provincial Director Felixberto B. Matute, Jr., joined the Career Guidance Counselors’ Capacity-Building Activity organized by Public Employment Service Office (PESO)-Bauko on September 30 to October 2, 2025, at the Municipal Compound, Abatan.

The three-day event was attended by secondary school teachers and students from the municipality. It aimed to help teachers strengthen the career development support program and provide better support for young people as they plan their studies and future jobs.

During the activity, TESDA shared its programs and services, including the Regional Skills Priorities, to make sure that training opportunities are aligned with local labor market needs.

The activity also showed the importance of different agencies working together to guide the youth in their career choices.
