Bontoc, Mountain Province โ The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)โMountain Province awarded certificates of program registration and accreditation on October 8, 2025, at the TESDA Provincial Office.
The MP Glam Beauty Lounge and Aesthetic Center, Inc. received its Certificate of Program Registration in Beauty Care (Skin Care) Services NC II under the TVET Microcredentialing (MCC) scheme. The MCC serves as an innovative approach that allows learners to acquire specific competencies through short, focused training modules that can later be combined or โstackedโ toward full qualifications, supporting flexible learning and upskilling opportunities. MP Glam is the first institution in the province to be registered under the MCC.
The institution likewise received its Certificate of Accreditation as Assessment Center for Hilot (Wellness Massage Services) NC II, authorizing it to conduct competency assessments for learners and skilled workers in the wellness industry.

Meanwhile, the LCF Center for Sustainable Futures, Inc. was awarded its Certificate of Program Registration in Cacao Production Level II.

Provincial Director Felixberto Matute Jr. commended the institutions for their commitment to providing quality technical education and skills development in support of TESDAโs mission of advancing technical-vocational education and training in the province.
