To further strengthen the livelihood opportunities of its scholars, TESDAโMountain Province distributed starter toolkits to 75 beneficiaries of the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) of Salt and Pepper Agricultural Learning Center, Inc., on October 9, 2025, held at Bangaan, Sagada, Mountain Province.

The beneficiaries completed training programs on Raise Organic Small Ruminants and Produce Organic Fertilizer, funded through the office of the Congressman.

Representing the office of the Congressman was James Papsa-ao, who shared an inspiring message highlighting the officeโs continued commitment to supporting livelihood and employment initiatives that empower communities in the province.

Meanwhile, TESDA-Mountain Province Provincial Director Felixberto B. Matute, Jr., encouraged the beneficiaries to utilize their toolkits and skills to start small-scale enterprises and contribute to sustainable development in their localities.

Intermission numbers and messages of gratitude from selected scholars added color to the program, as beneficiaries expressed their appreciation for providing opportunities that enable them to improve their lives and uplif#SaTESDAKayangKaya
