Bontoc, Mountain Province โ The TESDA Mountain Province Provincial Office gathered TVET partners for its 1st Quarter Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and Stakeholders Forum on March 24, 2026, at Coffee and Lemons.

Representatives from Technical Vocational Institutions (TVIs), trainers, competency assessors, Community Training and Employment Coordinators (CTECs), members of the Provincial Technical Education and Skills Development Committee (PTESDC), and the Cordillera State Institute of Technical EducationโMountain Province Campus personnel attended.
The forum featured updates on TESDAโs 2025 accomplishments and ongoing programs, including the Philippine TVET Competency Assessment and Certification System (PTCACS), Unified TVET Program Registration and Accreditation System (UTPRAS), Labor Market Intelligence Report (LMIR) 2026, scholarship programs, and updates from the Mountain Province Association of TVIs (MPATVI).
Participants took part in an open forum, asked questions, and shared their concerns.
Likewise, the TESDA Assessment Records System was launched, which was developed by Information Technology interns from Mountain Province State University assigned at the Provincial Office, with their faculty supporting the project.
Moreover, the PTESDC and CTECs held meetings to continue discussions and coordinate plans for the coming months.


Provincial Director Felixberto B. Matute Jr., in his short message, encouraged continued collaboration among stakeholders to strengthen TVET programs throughout the province.
