A total of 142 graduates were officially conferred their national certifications during the 7th Commencement Exercises of Phisa Institute of Technology, Inc. on April 10, 2025, held at the PHISA Function Hall, Baguio City. The ceremony celebrated the achievements of learners who successfully completed various TESDA-accredited qualifications, marking a significant step in their journey as skilled professionals.






The graduates earned certifications in Automotive Servicing NC I, Electronic Product Assembly and Servicing NC II (COC 1 and COC 2), and Trainers Methodology Level I, demonstrating their competence and readiness to take on industry roles locally and abroad.
TESDA-Benguet Acting Provincial Director Arlene L. Cadalig served as a guest speaker and officially confirmed the graduates. She highlighted the importance of continuous growth and the pursuit of knowledge as essential tools for personal and professional success.
With the theme, “The Lord is Good to all; His mercies are all over His works – Psalm 145:9,” the event marks another milestone in PHISA and TESDA’s commitment to producing competent and skilled professionals ready to contribute to the workforce.
Also present at the event were Philip P. Dawang, PHISA School President, and Jubelle D. Wageyen, School Administrator.
