The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority-Mountain Province in partnership with the Provincial Social Work and Development Office (PSWDO) conducted a two-day Community-Based Training (CBT) in Soap Making to the rebel returnees of Bontoc and Sadanga Municipality to promote peace and reintegration.

This initiative aims to support their journey from conflict to craftsmanship by equipping them with expertise to create high-quality soaps for a sustainable and peaceful future. The training was conducted from July 11-12, 2024 at the JBA Building, Samoki, Bontoc, Mt. Province engaging 23 rebel returnees. The training was administered by Mr. Rayjan T. Papat, who provided hands-on guidance and support to the participants. //WKMF//
