On September 13, 2025, TESDA Mountain Province joined the Handog ng Pangulo: Serbisyo Para sa Lahat program held at the Capitol Quadrangle, Poblacion, Bontoc, Mountain Province.

As part of the event, starter toolkits were released to 92 beneficiaries of the Special Training for Employment Program—45 under the Produce Organic Fertilizer program and 47 under the Raise Organic Small Ruminants program. Alongside this, a total of ₱325,760.00 Training Support Fund was distributed to 210 scholars from various qualifications, including Construction Painting NC II, Organic Agriculture Production NC II, Driving NC II, Tile Setting NC II, Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC II, and Produce Organic Fertilizer (Leading to OAP NC II).

During the symbolic awarding, certificates of program registration were also conferred to newly registered enterprises under the Enterprise-Based Education and Training (EBET) program, namely:

1. Rose Ann’s Room Art Gallery – EBET Program Registration for Handloom Weaving (Upright) NC II

2. Pots and Pans Cafe – EBET Program Registration for Food and Beverage Services NC II Barista NC I

3. Ola Coffee Farm – EBET Program Registration for Organic Arabica Coffee Production NC II

4. Layog Country Farm Agricultural Services – EBET Program Registration for Organic Agriculture Production NC II

Sec. Carlito G. Galvez, Jr., together with Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity (OPAPRU) staff and elected officials, toured the booths to interact with beneficiaries and see the services firsthand.

Likewise, TESDA Mountain Province participated in the Job and Service Fair spearheaded by DOLE-Mountain Province, where individuals availed of the free Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) services.

TESDA reaffirms its commitment to bring opportunities closer to the people by providing skills training that equips more communities with practical skills and sustainable livelihood support.
