The Provincial Training Center-Mountain Province hosted the flag raising ceremony at the Sabangan Municipal grounds last June 13, 2022. This is a yearly activity that agencies in the municipality hosts at least one Monday program. This is one of the avenues in announcing the PTCs activities, programs and services that could be availed of.Mayor Marcial C. Lawilao Jr. expressed his gratitude to the PTC family for hosting the flag ceremony.
