Baguio City, December 22, 2025 — Twenty daycare workers from Baguio City and Abra have completed the Early Childhood Care and Development Services (ECCDS) National Certificate III Multiplier Training Program at the CSITE Main Campus.

CSITE and partner agency officials highlighted the graduates’ role in delivering quality early childhood care and serving as catalysts of community development. Executive Director Daisy C. Bungallon underscored their responsibility as frontliners in nation-building and encouraged them to share their training as multiplier trainers. Also present were Main Campus Administrator Ms. Melita D. Pinic, Mr. Emmanuel B. Ballesteros, VSA of Abra, and Ms. Ellen G. Williams, ECCD Focal of the City Social Welfare and Development Office of Baguio City.

The 37-day program followed TESDA’s competency-based standards, with participants scheduled for assessment on December 26–27, 2025. Implemented by TESDA through CSITE, the initiative is the first ECCDS NC III rollout in the Cordillera Administrative Region under Republic Act No. 12199, strengthening the provision of quality ECCD services in communities.
