July 11, 2023, BENGUET | The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Provincial Office of Benguet and Provincial Training Center (PTC) – Benguet distributes twenty-five (25) starter toolkits of Bread Making leading to Bread and Pastry Production NC II to scholars of Amlimay, Buguias, Benguet.

PTC-Benguet Center Administrator Ferdinand B. Montañez reminds the importance of the starter toolkits as part of their benefits as a scholar under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP). These toolkits shall usher self-employment to support their families.

Mayor Ruben Tinda-an encourages the scholars to apply the skills learned.

The training was conducted by PTC-Benguet from August 8 to September 7, 2023 at the Barangay Hall of Amlimay, Buguias, Benguet.
