In collaboration with the personnel of Bucay District Jail, TESDA Abra Provincial Office led the opening of the 3 days Community-Based training on Dishwashing Liquid Making at Bucay District Jail with 29 male and 1 female participants. The said training aims to equipped the trainees with skills that will help them in the future.
