La Trinidad, Benguet — The Dualtech Training Center Foundation paid a courtesy visit to the TESDA Benguet Provincial Office on April 11, 2025, opening doors for possible collaboration under the Enterprise-Based Education and Training (EBET) program.
The visit focused on exploring partnership opportunities to expand EBET initiatives in the province—an innovative approach that links industries with technical training to produce job-ready graduates. EBET emphasizes hands-on learning, on-the-job exposure, and real-time industry feedback, bridging the gap between education and employment.

Acting Provincial Director Arlene L. Cadalig welcomed the representatives from Dualtech and discussed the alignment between their advocacy and TESDA’s EBET initiative. She expressed her enthusiasm for the potential synergy, stating, “We look forward to a prosperous partnership that will strengthen our local implementation of EBET and empower more Benguet-based learners through Enterprise-Based Training.”

Also present during the meeting were Sr. TESDS Christine M. Oliquiano and the delegation from Dualtech Training Center Foundation, including Director Rommel Tejada, Industry Relations Supervisor John Fitzgerald Montes, Program Compliance Supervisor Eric T. Dela Cruz, and Manager for External Affairs Leonard Calma.
The visit marks an important step toward enriching the province’s technical-vocational landscape by tapping the expertise of long-standing training institutions like Dualtech.
