TESDA Provincial Training Center of Apayao (PTC-Apayao) started filling-in soil into the ground level of the bigger PTC-Building to elevate and level its grounds.

Through the coordination of TESDA PTC-Apayao to the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Conner. The LGU of Conner provided an Heavy Equipment Operator and a Heavy Equipment Vehicle preferably “Loader” to be used in removing the mound infront of the PTC- Apayao building and used as a backfill to the ground level of the bigger building.

This is one of the top priority of TESDA PTC-Apayao in the refurbishment of the building.

After the backfilling, TESDA PTC-Apayao staff and personnel spread the soil and started compacting the soil
