From March 18 to 20, 2026, at the TESDA Provincial Training and Assessment Center of Apayao, a significant milestone was reached as candidates in Carpentry NCII (24 candidates) and Organic Agriculture Production (59 candidates) successfully passed the rigorous assessment, which evaluated their knowledge and skills for the specific qualification.
