ITOGON, Benguet — The four-day community-based training on Metal Fabrication was successfully conducted among the members of Tinongdan Indigenous People’s Organization (TINPO) in Itogon, Benguet in July 8, 2022.

The training was able to accommodate 24 participants from TINPO.

During the training, they were able to fabricate steel windows, doors, tables and others, and was showcased during the closing program.

Meanwhile, participants are eyeing for the National Certificate I (NC I) after the commitment of TESDA-Benguet Provincial Director Jimmicio Daoaten together with Itogon Local Government Unit (LGU) on a free assessment for the NC I.

In attendance were Itogon Mayor Bernard Waclin,Counsilor Noberto Pacio, TESDA-Benguet Provincial Director Jimmicio Daoaten, and DOST-Benguet Provincial Director Sheila Marie Singa-Claver. //Coores Celoy
