The LGU One Stop Shop – Caravan at Licuan-Baay, Abra, featured participation from TESDA Abra, led by Maricon F. Taclaoan. On September 22, 2022, the aforementioned program was held at Poblacion, Licuan-Baay, Abra, at the covered court.

The program provides as a forum for citizens to voice their concerns on the various government entities present, including TESDA Abra. Additionally, the TESDA Abra turn over the donations from Corazon Ortega Skills Training Center for Women (COSTCW) who gave (37) packs (two boxes) of groceries and one (1) box of gently used clothing to the citizen of Licuan-Baay TESDA Abra.
