In celebration of the People’s Day led by the Provincial Government of Abra headed by Governor Dominic B. Valera in Libtec, Dolores, Abra, the TESDA Abra Provincial Office with national government agencies such as PhilHealth, DAR, Philippine Army, PSA, DOH, BFP, DepEd, DOJ, PNP and LGU Dolores headed by Mayor Conde T. Turqueza.

Mayor Turqueza expressed his gratitude to the Provincial Government of Abra for being a recipient of the covered court that benefits the whole community for all seasons and occasions.

Children, PWDs, pregnant women, women, families, farmers, and officials of Dolores, Abra were provided with gifts such as food packs, farm equipment, and many others. A total of 80 children, senior citizens, and women availed the free haircut and manicure/pedicure services of TESDA Abra Provincial Office. People’s Day is a program of the Provincial Government of Abra wherein the different departments of the PGA, national line agencies, private organizations and uniformed service will bring their programs and services closer to the people, especially in the far-flung areas of Abra.
