Twenty-five (25) Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) from the Organic Agriculture Production NC II program were trained by CSITE Kalinga in gender sensitivity, respect, and inclusivity through the Working in a Gender-Diverse Environment session held on November 28, 2025, at the BJMP Kalinga District Jail Compound. The session was facilitated by Ms. Aurline S. Bautista, GAD Focal, with support from Ms. Jackie Lou Y. Bagtang, Instructor I, as part of CSITE’s commitment to building safe, empowering, and value-driven learning spaces.
This initiative goes beyond technical training, ensuring that PDL learners are equipped with the right values to thrive in diverse communities and prepare for reintegration.
When we cultivate equality, we cultivate progress. CSITE remains steadfast in championing programs that uphold dignity, inclusivity, and empowerment for all.
