Stranded Provincial Training Center-Mt. Province trainees in Bread and Pastry Production NC II and Organic Agriculture Production NC II from Betwagan and Saclit, Sadanga, Caneo and Dalican, Bontoc received foodpacks from the Sabangan MSWD, personally given by Ms. Jane Adcapan-SWO II, Ms. Gellie Joy Sagaoc-SWA, and Mr. William Rancudo, the Sabangan MDRRMO. This was witnessed by the Acting Center Administrator Proserphina P. Pacyado last February 3, 2021.
