ILAN TAKO! l PNP PROCOR invited the TESDA CAR Regional Director Balmyrson M. Valdez, represented by APD Arlene L. Cadalig, as distinguished guest and speaker at the Masigasig Grandstand, Camp Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet on November 13, 2023.

APD Cadalig was warmly welcomed by PROCOR, under the leadership of Regional Director PBGEN David K. Peredo, Jr., and assisted by PLTCOL Pelita Pacio. She was also greeted with a traditional welcome dance performed by their personnel. Together with the Regional Director PBGEN Peredo and PNP Officials, they awarded seventeen PNP personnel recognized for their notable accomplishments.

APD Cadalig, in her message, thanked the PNP PROCOR. She emphasized the new TESDA Mantra, “Sa TESDA Lingap ay Maasahan”, which demonstrates the agency’s stronger advocacy to level up the standard of access to quality-assured and globally competitive TVET. She said that TESDA opens doors of opportunities to assist the military men, uniformed personnel, those wounded and killed in action and their dependents, beneficiaries of AFP, Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL), rebel returnees, drug surrenders for skills acquisition and enhancement. For the marginalized sectors, TESDA provides a window to mainstream them back to society. She quoted that, “To our partners in uniform, TESDA salutes you for the dedication and the tireless efforts to keep us safe and sound as the guardians of society… Rest assured that the TESDA shall remain an active alliance and partner.”
