On April 7, 2025, TESDA-Cordillera Administrative Region formally received the PRIME-HRM Bronze Award from the Civil Service Commission in a recognition ceremony held at Citylight Hotel, Baguio City.
The program began with the acknowledgement of participants by the Financial and Administrative Services Division (FASD) Chief and Acting Provincial Director of TESDA Abra Belmar G. Angoling, followed by a warm welcome message from Assistant Regional Director Glenn N. Murphy.
An audio-visual presentation highlighted TESDA-CAR’s journey toward achieving PRIME-HRM recognition, showcasing the collective efforts of the team.
CSC-CAR Regional Director Fernando O. Mendoza personally handed over the award and delivered an inspiring message recognizing TESDA-CAR’s commitment to strengthening HR systems and processes.
In his response, TESDA-CAR Regional Director Balmyrson M. Likewise, he emphasized that while the award marks a significant milestone, TESDA-CAR is already setting its sights on even greater achievements, including the pursuit of PRIME-HRM Maturity Level 3: Integrated HRM. “Together, we will continue to raise the bar, not just for TESDA-CAR, but for the people we serve,” he stated.
Internal awards were also given during the program to celebrate the valuable contributions of TESDA-CAR employees.
