Mountain Province – July 11, 2025 — TESDA-Cordillera State Institute of Technical Education, Mountain Province Campus (TESDA-CSITE, MPC) held an orientation for newly-hired employees to prepare them for their roles as TESDA Representatives during competency assessments.

Anchored on TESDA Circular No. 004, series of 2024, the session aimed to equip participants with a clear understanding of their duties and familiarize them with assessment protocols. Senior TESD Specialist Hela-Rose Litdog led the orientation, highlighting the importance of integrity, objectivity, and adherence to standards in certification processes.

Participants engaged in interactive discussions covering real-world assessment scenarios and logistical procedures. The session also introduced the rotational assignment system, which ensures that all staff—new and tenured—gain hands-on experience as TESDA Representatives.

The orientation reaffirmed TESDA-CSITE MPC’s commitment to upholding the quality and credibility of its assessment practices through continuous staff development and strict implementation of national guidelines.
