
Mountain Province — July 21, 2025 — The TESDA-Cordillera State Institute of Technical Education, Mountain Province Campus (TESDA-CSITE, MPC) successfully conducted the Training Induction Program (TIP) for incoming Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II (EIM NC II) trainees on July 21, 2025.
Anchored on TESDA Circular No. 004, s. 2024, the orientation aimed to provide scholars with a clear understanding of the training program, its requirements, and the long-term opportunities available through TESDA’s scholarship offerings.
Acting Campus Administrator, Mr. Benedicto A. Biato, welcomed participants, emphasizing diligence and discipline as key to maximizing the benefits of the scholarship. Mr. Dionisio C. Wacdisen, representing the Office of the Congressman, delivered a motivational message highlighting the role of skilled workers in the “Bagong Pilipinas” vision and encouraging trainees toward self-reliance and national contribution.
TESDA Provincial Office representative, Ms. Whitney Keri M. Fokleg, outlined the agency’s full range of services and the lasting impact of being a TESDA scholar. EIM NC II Trainer Mr. Efren I. Aguinaldo closed the session, calling on trainees to develop the right mindset and work ethic for success.
The orientation successfully set the tone for the incoming batch of trainees, reinforcing the value of technical-vocational education in nation-building and inspiring scholars to take on their roles with purpose and commitment.
