On February 14 2023, the TESDA Kalinga personnel with the Technical Vocational Institutions (TVIs) and Farm Schools joins the Grand Civic Parade in celebration of the 28th Kalinga Founding Anniversary and 4th Bodong Festival with the theme, “Lumin-awa Kalinga” at Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga. It is an annual event held in the province to celebrate its foundation day. The parade is organized by the provincial government together with the participation of all local and national line agencies to show its gratitude and appreciation to its jurisdiction as well as to promote a culture of peace, unity, and goodwill among the people of Kalinga.

The parade was started at 6:30 in the morning spearheaded by the 503rd Infantry Brigade, Philippine Army and other Uniformed Personnel followed by the Provincial Local Government Units, Municipalities, National Line Agencies and Official Entries for the Drum & Lyre Competition Secondary Level. It was a spectacular parade for TESDA accredited schools together with its administrators such as Cherwai School of Skills, Inc., Ayuman Aggani Training & Assessment Center, Inc., Clemencia Rice Based Integrated Farm, Green Valley Farm, FPJ’s Integrated Farm, Apita’s Integrated Farm, Bacayan’s Rice-Based Integrated Farm, Shavcer’s Farm and Dumagay’s Integrated Farm joins the movement headed by TESDA Kalinga.
