On September 12, 2023, in San Juan, Abra, the TESDA CSITE Abra Campus, under the direction of Campus Administrator Mr. Emmanuel B. Ballesteros, coordinated training in Driving NC II and Masonry NC I in accordance with the TESDA sa Barangay. Meynardo M. Bautista Jr., the municipal mayor, and the campus administrator talked about how to implement the skills training that would involve 50 students in Driving NC II and 50 students in Masonry NC I on September 18, 2023.

The community’s need for skill training through TESDA programs, particularly in the construction and land transportation sectors, was expressed by Mayor Bautista. This will enable the people of San Juan to develop their skills, find employment, and have a source of income.
