POSITION: Administrative Support Staff (Cashiering)

OFFICE: Cordillera State Institute of Technical Education (CSITE) Main Campus – Loakan (Finance and Administrative Services Unit)

SALARY: SG-9 (PhP 19,593.00 / month) 

Number of Vacancy: 1 

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • Issuance of Official Receipts and ADA to Creditors, collections of the RO, as the need arises;
  • Deposit of Collections on the next banking day;
  • Regular updating of Report of Collection and Cash Receipts Record;
  • Prepare and submit Monthly Report of Collection and Deposit
  • Report of Collection and Deposit (Fund 101, 102 and 161);
  • Report of Accountability for Accountable Forms (RAAF);
  • Cash Receipts Record and Cash Receipts Register; and
  • Perform other related functions, deemed necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education:             Bachelor’s Degree related to the Job

Experience:            None Required

Training:                None Required

Special Qualifications:

  • Preferably graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Commerce and Business Management
  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in office productivity tools
  • Willing to work during weekends and holidays if necessary
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Teamplayer
