HISTORY
A training institution (formerly National Manpower and Youth Council) governed by TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) which focuses on Land Transport, Automotive, Metals and Engineering, and Construction sectors. It is located at Poblacion, Pidigan, Abra. As of this date, PTC-Abra offers training programs registered under Unified TVET Program Registration and Accreditation System (UTPRAS) and of TESDA.
PTC-Abra is also a Competency Assessment Center in various qualifications.
Since 1991 we were committed to gain success on leading transformation in the development of skills that are beneficial to the province and neighboring provinces. The Training Center takes pride in contributing progress and to uplift economic condition of the society and community.
As per Republic Act No. 11192 signed by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte in January 18, 2019, PTC-Abra will now be known as Cordillera State Institute of Technical Education (CSITE)-Abra Campus.

APPLICATION FOR SCHOLARSHIP AND ENROLLMENT
This service pertains to the enrolment and registration of interested citizens to a certain training program offered by the training center.
Who may avail:
– High School Graduates;
– Working Age Population;
– Any citizen who are qualified for a given Training Program
STEP 1: Inquiries on the trainings available for enrolment (see List Below)
STEP 2: Fills out and submits Applicantโs Information Sheet and Interview Sheet
STEP 3: Attends interview
STEP 4: Accomplishes registration form and receives list of requirements
1. Duly accomplished Registration Form/Enrolment Form (1 original)
2. Form 137/ ALS Certificate/ Transcript of Records/Diploma (1 certified true photocopy)
3. NSO/PSA Birth Certificate (1 photocopy)
4. Marriage Certificate Philippine Statistic Authority (for married women only) (1 photocopy)
5. Pictures, a.) Passport size, white background with name tag (2 pieces) and b.) 1 x 1, (5 pieces)
6. Medical Certificate (1 original)
7. Barangay Clearance (1 original)
STEP 5: Receives admission slip
