In celebration of International Women’s Day 2024, TESDA Abra partners with the Department of Agrarian Reform -Abra for a Serbisyong Kagandahan at Pangkabuhayan para kay Juan and Juana with the theme, ‘‘Women and Everyone: Working as One,’’ on March 8, 2024 at DAR Abra Provincial Office.

The ceremony was graced by TESDA Abra Provincial Director Jimmicio S. Daoaten, who served as the Guest Speaker. In his speech, PD Daoaten highlighted the importance of Technical Education and Skills Development in economic development. He also expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to partner with the employees of DAR and hopes that this collaboration will strengthen their bond of partnership. ‘‘Rest assured that TESDA is always here. I hope that this opportunity will form a stronger bond of partnership. By providing you with these services, we are reminded that when people move together, we can do better and we can make a lot, ‘‘ he added.

The event included a skills demonstration on manicure/pedicure, haircut, and wellness massage, conducted by Mr. Samuel Paladin, Mr. Torrencio Longino, Ms. Elena Babad, Ms. Gina Brazil, and Ms. Ofelia Ortega, for the 65 employees of DAR Abra.
