TESDA Undersecretary for Partnership and Linkages Vidal D. Villanueva III and TESDA-CAR Regional Director Balmyrson M. Valdez graced the opening ceremony of the two-day Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair (BPSF) – Benguet on April 21, 2024, at the Benguet State University Closed Gymnasium, La Trinidad, Benguet to lead the ceremonial turnover of scholarship benefits and starter toolkits for the TESDA graduates.
During the turnover, 25 graduates of Prepare Cold Meals leading to Cookery NC II from CSITE-Main Campus received their toolkits, and 20 trainees from King’s College of the Philippines who took Bookkeeping NC III received their training allowances.
Honorable House Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez, who was the Guest of Honor and Speaker, emphasized the significance of the BPSF in his message. He reassured the citizens that the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., 19th Congress, and the entire national government are dedicated to providing โMabilis, Maayos, Maginhawa, at Masayaโ services to the Filipino people through the BPSF.
The BPSF Benguet-leg is the 15th caravan in the country, with 70 participating national government agencies and private institutions and more than 80,000 expected clients/beneficiariesโmaking this the biggest BPSF conducted to date.
