TESDA Provincial Training Center Benguet is situated in the scenic town of Kapangan, the province of Benguet, is a premier technical and vocational training institution dedicated in equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge needed for gainful employment and entrepreneurship. Established under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), this center play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of the workforce in the region and beyond.

In August 2020, the Provincial Training Center (PTC) was granted the approval of seven (7) Plantilla positions. TESDA Provincial Training Center Benguet prides itself on having a team of dedicated and experienced instructors who are experts in their respective fields. They provide students with top-notch training and guidance.

On September 2020, the Provincial Training Center became operational with four (4) programs offered, specifically: Carpentry NC II, Masonry NC II, Bread and Pastry Production NC II, and Organic Agriculture Production NC II. TESDA Provincial Training Center Benguet offers a wide range of technical and vocational courses, including but not limited to construction, electrical installation and maintenance, tourism, and information technology. These programs are designed to meet the demands of the 13 Municipalities and various industries to provide students with practical skills.
