TESDA-CAR OIC-Regional Director Engr. Jovencio Ferrer Jr. and Assistant Regional Director Jimmicio Daoaten, joined the Grand Parade with other Regional-line Agencies (Cordillera Association of Regional Executives) earlier today, from Panagbenga Park to Melvin Jones Grandstand.

The parade was also joined by different Civic organizations, Cultural performing groups, Barangays, Schools, and Local Government Executives.

“Let today mark the promising beginning of a Panagbenga Festival back on its feet, a people fully risen, a city moving on in a post-pandemic world. This is Panagbega 2023 in all its full magnificence: innovative, integrating, and elevating the very best that Baguio is today” said City Mayor Benjamin Magalong on his FB official post.

The Festival is a month-long celebration with the theme “A Renaissance of Wonder and Beauty” from February 1 to March 5, 2023.
