ITOGON, Benguet — Tesda-Benguet Provincial Office through Itogon Local Government Unit (LGU) distributed toolkits for Organic Agriculture Production, today, in Tuding Itogon, Benguet.

The recipients of the toolkits are the 2 batches of 2021 Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) graduates in Organic Agriculture Production – Production of Organic Fertilizer.

Irvin Mabli, representative from TESDA-Benguet congratulates the graduates and said that the toolkits are expected to be utilized as they will start in producing organic fertilizer.

“TESDA is here to gear you not only with skills but also to equip you with entrepreneurial skills that is why we are giving you toolkits to start with,” Mabli further said.

Moreover, the Office of Municipal Agriculture also extends their support through provisions of seeds.

In attendance were Irvin Mabli from TESDA-Benguet, Ester Alfredo from Municipal Social Welfare Development (MSWD), and Grace Tindaan from Itogon Office the Municipal Agriculturist (MAG). //Coores Celoy
