TESDA Abra Provincial Office and Provincial Training Center employees attended the Provincial Flag Raising Ceremony at Abra Provincial Capitol on September 3, 2022.

PD John B. Adawey delivered his PEP Talk during the said flag raising ceremony. He emphasized the mandates of the agency and encouraged the establishment of additional TVIs in the province.

Meanwhile, a courtesy call to the Provincial Governor Dominic B. Valera went successful. PD Adawey proposed TESDA upcoming programs to the Governor especially for Construction Industry and Health Sector. The good Governor hearty welcomed the PD Adawey as the new Provincial Director of TESDA Abra and look forward for more partnership with the agency.
